COOPERSTOWN
Peter J. Principato, a banker with 18 years experience, has joined the Bank of Cooperstown, a unit of USNY Bank, as vice president/manager of retail lending.
Principato was retail lending manager for Genesee Regional Bank in Rochester. Previously, he was with the former Ontario National Bank.
A SUNY Geneseo graduate, he has a bachelor’s in management sciences from the John Wiley Jones School of Business.
He has served on the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Genesee Region.
He and his wife, Amy, and their three children, currently live in Canandaigua, where he was a commissioner in the Canandaigua Junior Baseball/Softball League and a Cub Scout pack leader.
